What happens to my file?

Uploaded files are converted to a text document which is divided and sent as a daily email.

The original file is not stored on our servers. The text document is deleted shortly after the last section has been delivered

Which file types are supported?

Generally the service works best with literature, however most document formats will work.

Images are removed when converting, and page formatting is also modified.
So PDFs with heavy use of images, and content with extensive footnotes may not convert well

Can I select a cetain time or days to receive my emails?

Currently emails are delivered daily shortly after 11AM US Eastern time.

Options to schedule your emails for certain week days and times will be coming in future updates.

I have a problem with my account/subscription/emails?

If you're not receiving your emails please try adding reading@langcellent.com to your email client's accepted list (and remember to check the spam box and quarentine)
